Privacy choices

Pages like this usually exist so you can opt out of your data being sold or shared. Library Claw makes that easy: we don't sell personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't profile visitors — so you're already opted out of everything there is to opt out of.
No sale, no sharing, no targeted ads
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use it for profiling. This has always been true and applies to every visitor everywhere — not just where laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act require it. Because there is no sale or sharing to opt out of, there is no opt-out form here and browser signals like Global Privacy Control are already honored by default: the setting they ask for is the only setting we have.
The choices you do have
The only personal information this site ever holds is a newsletter subscriber's email address and topic choices. Those come with real controls: unsubscribe from any email with one click, change your topics via the preferences link in every email, or have your address deleted entirely by replying to any newsletter email and asking. Deletion requests are honored for everyone, wherever you live.
Access and questions
Want to know what we have about you? If you're not a newsletter subscriber, the answer is nothing. If you are, it's your email address and topic choices — and you're welcome to ask us to confirm, correct, or delete them by replying to any newsletter email. The full picture of what this site collects (very little) is in the privacy policy.
Changes
If any of this ever changes, this page and the privacy policy will be updated first, with a new effective date. The history of this page lives in the project's public repository.
