Everything here is free to browse, with no account and no strings attached. The site is provided as a community service, as-is and as-available — it's a hobby-scale project, and while we do our best to keep it accurate and online, we can't promise it always will be. The book catalog and activity numbers reflect what the library's sensors last observed and may occasionally lag or miss things.

Please use the site (including its public data endpoints) reasonably: don't try to disrupt it, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send spam or abuse. Signing other people up for the newsletter without their consent is not okay.

Newsletter signup is double opt-in and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. How we handle your email address is covered in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

The text, photos, and design of this site belong to the Library Claw project unless noted otherwise. Book titles, covers, and author names belongto their respective rights holders and appear here only to describe what's physically on the shelf. You're welcome to link to the site and to share its pages; if you want to reuse content in some other way, just ask.

The library box itself is a take-a-book, leave-a-book shelf offered in good faith. Books are shared by neighbors as-is; use your own judgment about what you take home. Please treat the box, the books, and the dog's water bowl kindly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, and the project's liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
